RISE. BUILD. BECOME.

Because starting over is only the beginning.

Collage of coffee, laptop, sunset hills, family, and brick shops with Phoenix Morrow logo and RISE. BUILD. BECOME.

There’s a lot of talk about starting over.

Leaving what isn’t working. Healing. Setting boundaries. Finding yourself again. Rising from the ashes.

And all of those matter.

But eventually I started wondering:

Okay... then what?

What happens after you realize something needs to change? After you’ve learned the lesson, survived

the season, or finally admitted that the life you’re living doesn’t quite fit anymore?

You build another one.

That’s really what Phoenix Morrow is about.

Not having everything figured out. Not becoming some perfectly healed, optimized version of yourself.

And definitely not pretending the hard parts never happened.

It’s about taking what you’ve lived through, taking what you’ve learned, and deciding what you want to do with it now.

Rise. Build. Become.

RISE.

Sometimes rising is dramatic.

Other times it looks incredibly ordinary.

Getting out of bed. Taking care of your kids. Going for a walk. Making the phone call. Setting a boundary.

Trying again. Deciding you’re done repeating something that clearly isn’t working.

I’ve spent a lot of time learning about why we think, feel and behave the way we do. Anxiety.

Relationships. Motherhood. Habits. Identity. Starting over. All the weird ways life can knock you

sideways and all the ways we learn to stand back up.

I’m not an expert standing on the other side with all the answers.

I’m a person who has lived some things, learned some things, and continued to learn.

And I think there’s value in talking about that honestly.

Not living in the ashes forever.

Just being willing to acknowledge where you’ve been so you can decide where you’re going.

BUILD.

This might be my favorite part.

Because eventually, understanding yourself isn’t enough.

You have to do something with it.

  • Build the routine.

  • Apply for the job.

  • Start the business.

  • Make the website.

  • Try the idea that might not work.

  • Figure out the money.

  • Create the home.

  • Meet the people.

  • Start before you feel completely ready.

  • Building is where thoughts turn into things.

  • Phoenix Morrow itself is part of that for me. So are the projects and ideas I’ll share here as they develop.

  • Some will work.

  • Some probably won’t.

  • I actually think that’s part of the fun.

  • I don’t want this to be a place where I show up after everything succeeds and explain how neatly it all happened.

  • I’d rather show what happens while I’m trying.

  • And hopefully make some friends and a community.

BECOME.

This is the part I think we sometimes skip.

We spend so much time asking what we need to fix, accomplish, survive or build that we forget to ask:

Who am I becoming while I do it?

What do I actually like?

Who do I want around me?

How do I want my home to feel?

What do I want to wear?

Where do I want to go?

What makes me laugh?

What do I want to try simply because I’ve never tried it?

What kind of mother, friend, woman and human being do I want to be?

There doesn’t have to be a crisis attached to every change.

Sometimes you get to become something simply because you want to see what happens.

And maybe that’s the part I’m most interested in now.

Not reinventing myself into someone completely different.

Becoming more of the person who was already there.

THE NAME.

Even the name has a meaning.

Phoenix represents rising - the beauty that can come from the ashes of what was.

And Morrow means tomorrow.

Put together, Phoenix Morrow is the idea that you can rise from what came before and create something

more beautiful tomorrow.

Rising from the ashes for a more beautiful tomorrow.

SO, WHAT IS PHOENIX MORROW?

It’s a little bit of all of it.

Real life. Motherhood. Starting over. Mental health. Relationships. Home. Work. Money. Style. Ideas.

Projects. Friendship. Creativity. Building things. Trying things. Occasionally having absolutely no idea

what I’m doing.

Probably some laughing at myself along the way.

I don’t know exactly what Phoenix Morrow will become yet.

And for once, I don’t think I need to.

I’m building it while I’m living it.

Starting over. Building things. Seeing what happens when you actually try.

Because rising is only the beginning.

THEN WE BUILD
